Positions:

PhD student positions available: PhD student positions are available for Winter 2024, Fall 2024 to work on integrated microwave photonics [ 1, 2 ] for 5G/6G and optical computing/AI applications. Interested candidate with a background in Photonics or Microwave Engineering and a GPA > 80% is encouraged to apply. In your application submitted to the University of Ottawa, you may indicate that you are interested in working with Prof. Jianping Yao in the Microwave Photonics Research Laboratory.
