the end of this section you will be able

Define charge and Coulomb’s law,
explain the force of attraction between
two charged bodies as a vector quantity
and differentiate between scalar and
vector forces.

Mathematically,
express Coulomb’s law as a force
of attraction or repulsion between two
charged bodies which is directly proportional
to the product of their charges and
inversely proportional to the square
of the distance between them.
