has definition A highly disturbed cluster of five peculiar galaxies (NGC 7317, NGC 7318A, NGC 7318B, NGC 7319, NGC 7320) in Pegasus which seem to exhibit gaseous connecting bridges. Four have large redshifts (of the order of 5700-6700 km s-1), but the fifth member (NGC 7320) has a much smaller redshift (800 km s-1). Discovered in 1877 by M. E. Stephan. | ||
