Kinds of cost estimation :

• optimistic-likely-pessimistic estimation (3 facts) - An approach to cost estimation in which you make three estimates for each task and for the project as a whole: An optimistic estimate, (in which everything goes well) the likely estimate and a pessimistic estimate (where you account for everything that could go wrong)
